At the Almedalen Week in Visby, Gotland, Charles spoke in a seminar organized by Ratio (Näringlivets forskningsinstitut) on “Financing of Innovation and Growth”, on Monday, June 29 at 15.00-16.30. He also gave a short  speech at a dinner organized by Sveriges Ingenjörer, the same day at 20.15.  Charles also participated in a discussion on innovation-related procurement in a local setting on Tuesday, June 30^th at 11.00. The event was organized by Sparbankernas Riksförbund.

The Almedalen Week is the probably largest ‘fair’ for ideas organized in the Nordic countries, with about 3 000 seminars, speeches and other events – in the Medieval milieu of Visby.
