Charles gave a talk about functional public procurement at Sustainable Business Hub in Malmö on May 13, 2016. In the invitation was written “With functional procurement you buy clean water instead of sewage treatment works, a decibel level instead of a noise fence and inside temperature instead of heat and cold.
