There has been two metings with the EU project on innovation-related public procurement which Charels is chairing, one in The Hague (March 23, 2017) and one in Frankfurt (May 31-June 1, 2017). The meeting in The Hague focused on the development of a strategic framework for innovation-related procurement and the Frankfurt meeting was concentrated on the need for competence and capacity building for innovation-related procurement.
