- On February 26, 2019, CIRCLE at Lund University will host a release event for the new book by Susana Borrás and Charles entitled Holistic Innovation Policy – Theoretical Foundations, Policy Problems, and Instrument Choices, published by Oxford University Press. The book will be available on March 14, 2019. - During March 1 – 31, 2019, Charles is appointed to hold the “UAM-Accenture Visiting Fellowship” in the area of economics and management of innovation at the “UAM-Accenture Chair”, the Autonomous University of Madrid. - Charles has completed a new study entitled Functional Procurement for Innovation, Welfare and the Environment for the Swedish Competition Agency.
