Charles gave a speech at the “K.E.Y. PLATFORM 2020” Conference in Seoul, Korea on Thursday, May 28, 2020. This is an annual event organized by the news media concern MONEYTODAY. The Theme of the conference this year was “Advent of a surrogate economy”.

The presentation by Charles was entitled “A Holistic Innovation Policy ad a National Innovation Council – for efficiency of the innovation system: experiences from Sweden” and it was included in the session on the effectiveness and efficiency of the innovation system.
