
Charles was a speaker at the UNECE “Innovation Policy Outlook” on “Policy Dialogue on Innovation Policy Coordination and Innovation Councils” on September 30, 2021. The title of Charles’ speech was ”Coordination mechanisms for innovation policy”, and it included the role of innovation councils. It was based on the following publications:
