Charles to participate in the evaluation of the research at Uppsala University, Sweden

The Vice-Chancellor of Uppsala University has decided to pursue an evaluation of the university’s research during 2024-5. The purpose is to strengthen the ability to conduct research and education of highest quality and relevance. The evaluation will involve international review panels, identifying strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the research environments at Uppsala University. The evaluation panels will be composed of international experts in their respective fields. Charles Edquist will participate in the evaluation of Uppsala University’s Faculty of Science and Technology by being a member of the review panel within the field of Technology.

Uppsala University was founded in 1477 and is recognised as being one of the top 100 universities in the world. It has 53 000 students and 7 700 employees.
