A large event entitled “The Swedish Innovation Parliament” took place in Lund on May 22-24, 2013. It was the annual conference organized by SISP – Swedish Incubators and Science Parks. It gathered leading politicians and people from industry and government. For example, Members of parliament Anna Kinberg Batra (representing the government) and Jennie Nilsson (spokeswoman for  innovation policy of the opposition) presented their views on Swedish innovation policy on Thursday, May 23. It  was followed by a panel discussion with Charles Edquist (CIRCLE), Marianne Larsson (Teknopol) and Monica Lindstedt (Företagarna).
