Charles was a speaker at “Global Economy and Industry Forum 2013, Creativity, Innovation, Industry; New challenges for Policies”, in Seoul, Korea, June 24, 2013. The Forum was organized jointly by KDI (Korean Development Institute) and the Koreas Government (Ministry of Strategy and Finance).The Forum aimed to examine the global trends in industrial innovations and their implications and challenges for national and global policies.
