On September 5-6, 2013 “The 14^th International Conference on Industrial Technology Innovation – Innovation Policy in the Structural Transformation Era” was organized by the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, in Taipei, Taiwan. Charles gave the key-note speech entitled “How to Design Innovation Policy: Identification of Systemic Problems”. He also gave a presentation on “Innovation Policy in Sweden”, on September 5.
