Charles Edquist provided advisory services for the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research (TIER) in September 2014 on  “How to build an Asian Innovation Policy Platform”. He also participated and gave a speech at The 2014 International Conference on Industrial Technology Innovation in Taipei on September 3 – 5 2014, organized by TIER. He spoke  about “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Policies”.
