CIRCLE organized the EU-SPRI Winter School on March 5 -12, 2018. The general topic was “Policies for research and innovation: Geography of innovation”. Charles contributed with a lecture entitled “A Holistic Innovation Policy and the Practice of the Swedish National Innovation Council”.
