An article entitled “Public procurement for innovation to help meet social challenges: a review and a case study” has been published on 28 February, 2018 in Science and Public Policy. It deals with how public procurement can contribute to meeting societal challenges by presenting a literature review and a case study on the procurement of radically new flood barrier technology, using event history mapping analysis.
