
Charles gave a keynote lecture at the World Economy Research Institute’s 14th Annual Conference “Fostering Innovation and Competitiveness” at the Warsaw School of Economics on October 16, 2020. The title of the lecture was “Enhancing Innovation Through Holistic Innovation Policy”. The lecture was based on the following publications (which can all be downloaded using the links below):
